Team roping school

2022 Horns ’n Heroes Team Roping Clinic will take place November 2-3rd at the NRS Event Center in Decatur, TX.

School space will be limited to fifteen headers and fifteen heelers. Open to veterans, retired military, active duty, and first responders. Charly Crawford will be teaching on the heading side with Trey Johnson on the heeling side.

Acceptance letters will be issued no later than August 15th. There will be a $150.00 deposit due at acceptance to hold your place. Deposit is fully refunded at school check in. Payment will be made via Venmo.

In the days following the clinic, there will be opportunities for veterans, active duty, retired military, and first responders to both rope in and watch that include a high level of professional roping.

Saturday, November 5th, events move to Ft. Worth to the Cowtown Coliseum in the Historic Stockyards for the NFR Showdown which is the top 15 teams going to the 2022 NFR.

If you are interested in applying for the team roping clinic, applicants must complete the application in the link provided below and submit one of the following forms of identification plus a valid state ID or driver’s license:
